Southall Big Plan

The Southall Big Plan is a project led by Ealing Council that involves making a series of improvements to Southall designed to:

  • Upgrade Southall’s streets
  • Improve community facilities
  • Improve safety and tackle crime
  • Promote healthy living
  • Encourage better social behaviour
  • Elevate civic pride
  • Boost investment
  • Improve homes and neighbourhoods
  • Encourage lifelong learning.

Southall Big Conversation consultation

The Southall Big Plan evolved out of the ‘Southall Big Conversation’ in 2012, when more than 1,400 people had their say on what they would like to see happen.

Southall Charter

The Southall Charter sets out the priorities and aims of the Southall Partnership and informs which projects will take place to improve Southall, as part of the Southall Big Plan.

Southall Partnership

The Southall Big Plan is delivered by the Southall Partnership, which involves: Ealing Council; Southall Community Alliance; Ealing Police; the NHS; JobCentrePlus; Catalyst Housing; University of West London and Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College.
